An economic association was set up in spring 2007 consisting of three people, Maria Jacky, Kristina Bourghardt Hattenbach and Charlotte Lindblad.
In March 2010, the business will be transferred to Humanus Utbildning Syd AB. The idea is to use Humanus to continue plans for expansion with more preschools and eventually also primary schools.
In April 2012, the business reverts to one of the founders, Maria Jacky, in the form of Skolhoppet AB, where a few other people are also part of the ownership structure.
Since September 2018, Skolhoppet AB is part of the Atvexa Group, consisting of 146 preschools, 34 schools, 3,790 employees and 16,100 children. CEO Katarina Sjögren.
The company name is changed to Lingua Montessori Förskolor & Skolor AB, which is now part of Montessori Förskolor och Skolor i Sverige AB (MiS). The CEO is Anne-Marie Utterström Olsson and Anette Dehn becomes the new principal of Lingua Montessori Schools. Maria Jacky continues as project manager in MiS.
Lingua Montessori Schools continue their positive development, starting a new class at the school, Rosa, and a new section at the preschool, Orangea, as well as increasing the total number of children and students.
Lingua Montessori Schools have been merged with Montessori Förskolor och Skolor i Sverige AB in July. The restructuring has been carried out entirely for organizational reasons in order to achieve synergies. The formal change of parties does not entail any noticeable change for our preschool and school.
We are starting another new department, Turkosa, a mixed-age department with children between 1 and 5 years old.

Montessori Sweden currently consists of 14 preschools and 14 primary schools, with over 550 employees and more than 2000 children and students in Greater Stockholm, Västra Götaland and Skåne. CEO Emma Schneider.
